| Note: The CNC alloy head requires that you use thread
lock. If you don’t you will find the vibration on the rear gear
will shake the tail apart. |

| 9. Install the screw up through the control arm and screw into the last hole at the end of the Alloy arm, screw in but not to tight make sure the arm can move freely and make sure this is thread locked. | 10. Slide the control linkage down the tail shaft and
then finally the blade clamp. |
Note: There is a notch in the shaft for the blade clamps make sure
when attaching the clamps
the grub screw is within grove, this prevents the clamps from coming loose
and sliding off the
shaft.
Final Steps:
2 x Medium Black Screws
1 x Small Black Screw
1 x Vertical Fin
Install the small black allen headed screw into the hole on the right hand
side - this clamps the
alloy tail box onto the boom - make sure not to over tighten.
Before tightening make sure the tail box is level with the main frame of
the helicopter. Lift up the boom look down it and adjust the level then
finally tighten. Take the 2 medium size black screws and fix the vertical
fin to the Tail box as shown:
The new CNC alloy tail box is now complete. Make a final check to ensure
the belt is tight before flying. If it's too loose, un-screw the boom clamp
and move the tail away from the helicopter to tighten.
Note: Don’t over tighten the belt as this will cause the gear
to bind. Also, if this is too tight, loss of power and battery time is affected.
The tail must move nice and freely.
