The following is a guide for assembling the carbon fibre main frame for
the
ESky Belt-CP. This is provided as a guide assist in the installation
of this new product.

| 1. Tools you'll need: Large and small philips screwdriver,
1.5mm allen driver, a set of nose pliers and thread lock. |
2. Base frame assembly: First sort eight
silver philips screws from the packet... |

| 3. Layout the frames as above. 1 x large shaft bearer and skid mounts. 1 x large anodized bearer and two large silver screws |

| 4. Screw the spacer and mount to the side
frames, then the skid mounts as shown below. |

| Outer Frame Assembly: Note: Take your time with this frame, you may have to use a set of needle nose pliers to line up the anodized spacer and also the help in tightening the bolts. |

| 10. Layout the components of the right hand
side frame and install the main shaft bearers and tail drive bearers... |

| 11. Also the boom support, with the slotted
end facing outwards. These are installed with the silver self tapping
screws. |

| 12. The middle section plastics guide hoops
are also notched for correct fitting, if you look at the side frame
the larger of the holes will fit these parts in the correct orientation

| 13. Next layout the left hand side frame
and install the side bearing as in previous diagram. |

| 14. Then attach the side using remainder
of the silver screws as shown above. |

| 15. Joining the two frames: In
this next step we will join the two half’s of the frame to complete
the carbon upgrade. You will need to hold the spacers in position with
needle nose pliers while screwing the frames together. A section of the tail drive plastic bearer still needs to be in place this is a little fiddly but ok with lining up as plenty of room. |

| 16. Sort the longer allen bolts and alloy spacers from
the packet. |
17. Attach to the inside of the rear... |

| 18. And front of the outer frame. |
19. Attach the longer spacer as shown. |

| 20. Check the spacers are tight and thread lock is used,
as this is metal to metal and vibration could cause these to loosen. |
21. Were nearly there! The frames are together and looking
good, only a few more pieces and some checks and it’s done. |

| 22. There is a small set of allen screws with nuts the
are for the rear servo mounts on the frame. |
23. The long allen screw fits through the boom holder
block at the rear and tightens the boom into the block when fitted. |

| 24. Finally, a last check over the frame
