Please read the following carefully. By purchasing products or services from BuzzFlyer.co.uk you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Returns:

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our items that are UNUSED and in their original packaging.

If you wish to return any item(s) please contact us first for a returns number.  We advise that all returned items should to be sent recorded (insured if over £30.00)  as BuzzFlyer cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

All refunds are at our discretion and will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s) and are satisfied that they are in unused condition. Refunds do not include your return postage cost.

If you receive an item from us that you believe to be faulty, you must contact us first to establish the nature of the fault. If you need to return the item you must include your name and address and a brief description of the fault.

We strongly recommend you check the helicopter for faults and test the controls and electronics function on the ground before attempting to fly the model. If you do find a fault, you must contact us before attempting to fly the helicopter. Due to the nature of the product we cannot give full refunds or replacements for models that have any signs of use or have sustained damage from being incorrectly flown.

Items returned to us will be tested and, if found to be faulty will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.  

Credit Card Security

BuzzFlyer.co.uk use secure payment gateway providers Protx and PayPal to process credit/debit card transactions. These services employ the latest secure encryption technology to protect your credit card information. This information will be passed to your card issuer/bank for authorisation. It is not passed to any other third party. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

You can also phone, fax or post your card payment information to us. Once we have processed your transaction we will destroy these details. We cannot be held responsible for any loss occurring from the communication of personal information by e-mail or post.

Privacy Guarantee

BuzzFlyer make a commitment to protect your privacy and promise only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

When you place an order, we will ask you for certain information (for example your name, phone number, postal address and email address), this information will be kept securely. The information will be used to process your order and provide you with an up to date, efficient, and reliable service. We will not pass you personal information to any third party (excluding our payment gateways and postal service providers) without your permission.

Please try to ensure that the personal details you give us are correct. In the event of any errors or should you need to change your contact details, please do so by accessing the ‘My Account’ page and selecting the appropriate option.

You may change your BuzzFlyer password at any time by accessing the ‘My Account’ page and clicking the link under 'Change Details'.

Delivery

Please check the ´Postage Info´ section for post and courier information. Deliveries outside the UK may be liable for import charges depending on delivery location. Please check your country’s local legislation on how this might affect you.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control such as, strikes and other industrial action, systems or network failure, fire, flood, explosion or accident. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/vat and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.

Use of Cookies

We use session "cookies" to store your basket contents and recently viewed item details while you are using the site. These are stored temporarily by your browser and will clear shortly after you exit the website. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998).

Children

As a responsible retailer, we are aware that minors can incorrectly use some products. We do not knowingly sell to children. Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.
