Please read the following carefully. By purchasing products or services from BuzzFlyer.co.uk you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Returns:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our items that are UNUSED and in their original packaging. If you wish to return any item(s) please contact us first for a returns number. We advise that all returned items should to be sent recorded (insured if over £30.00) as BuzzFlyer cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
All refunds are at our discretion and will only be issued once we have received the returned item(s) and are satisfied that they are in unused condition. Refunds do not include your return postage cost. If you receive an item from us that you believe to be faulty, you must contact us first to establish the nature of the fault. If you need to return the item you must include your name and address and a brief description of the fault.
We strongly recommend you check the product for faults and test the controls and electronics functions on the ground before attempting to fly the model. If you do find a fault, you must contact us before attempting to fly the helicopter. Due to the nature of the product we cannot give full refunds or replacements for models that have any signs of use or have sustained damage from being incorrectly flown. Items returned to us will be tested and, if found to be faulty will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days
Delivery
Please check the ´Deliveries´ section for post and courier information. Deliveries outside the UK may be liable for import charges depending on delivery location. Please check your country’s local legislation on how this might affect you. We will not be held responsible for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control such as, strikes and other industrial action, systems or network failure, fire, flood, explosion or accident. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/vat and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.
Children
As a responsible retailer, we are aware that minors can incorrectly use some products. We do not knowingly sell to children. Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over.
Kit Form Items
When any items are bought in kit form, or require any kind of assembly it is entirely the responsibility of purchaser or constructor to ensure correct and safe build and operation. BuzzFlyer will not be held responsible for any incorrect assembly by a third party that results in damage to the item or other persons or property.
Safe Disposal
Buzzflyer offer a free in-store take back scheme for disposal of BuzzFlyer helicopters, multirotors and electrical parts. WEEE Regulations

Use of the BuzzFlyer logo without permission is strictly prohibited. All content on this site is copyrighted and may not be used, reproduced or displayed without permission. This includes the text, images, videos, graphics and logos. All other brand names, logos and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will quickly correct any errors brought to our attention. We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site. Product photographs are for illustration only, products may differ from those shown. Specifications and product descriptions are for guidance only, they cannot be guaranteed accurate. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to despatch, for whatever reason.
