  • About 4 pm yesterday I sent an order to yourselves for spare Inspire1 parts.

    In the distress of having crashed my new toy I thought it was Friday so saw no point in ordering next day delivery when Saturday did not apply.

    Imagine my delight when first thing this morning the parts arrived only a few hours after I ordered them. (And its only Friday) !!!!.

    They are now fitted and all appears good in the Inspire 1 world again and the neighbours have been warned to move small children and pets as take off will commence fairly soon.

    I do not intend to make a habit of crashing such an expensive piece of equipment but if more parts are required they will (without question) be ordered from you.

    Your supply and delivery astounds me and I must congratulate you on such a fantastic service.

  • I just wanted to send a message of thanks to all at Buzzflyer. Having placed my order of a Phantom vision plus on 23rd December I didn't expect to receive before Christmas. However I was very happy to get a message saying it would be delivered on the 24th which it was. Also many thanks for the updates on my order by both email and text message, very useful to know that its on its way, even down to a 1 hour delivery slot from the courier. Would definitely recommend to anyone out there.

    Great piece of kit from DJI, outstanding quality of picture and video and easy to fly from out of the box. Bought mine with an extra battery which I would recommend as you won't want to stop flying this if you get one! Impressed!

  • Last Wednesday I received my new Phantom and could wait until the weekend to fly it. So Friday afternoon I excitedly took my new toy out for it first proper maiden flight (other than a few spin ups in the garden). All was well until after about 5 minutes when I saw a blade fly off - I stood and watched as the quad dropped to the earth.

    To my amazement, and the testament of the DJI build quality, all that was broken was one of the landing skids - plus the missing blade nut. So with my head hung low, I walked home and gave Buzzflyer a call. I explained what had happened and how I was amazed at the build quality, but not fully understanding what had happened. One of your employee (sorry I don't know his name) offered to send me a replacement nut free of charge in first class post. I was very pleased with this gesture.

    Because of this, I just wanted to write a thank you note to express my gratitude to the kind people at Buzzflyer. Not only did the package arrive the next day on Saturday, but when I opened it there was a new landing skid too. I was now able to spend the whole weekend flying this amazing quad. Again, Thank you for your support in keeping me flying. I will highly recommend Buzzflyer to my flying friends.

    I am pleased to say that everything I had hoped for I have received. Good and helpful advice from Janet when placing and receiving my orders. Good , helpful and very patient advice from both you and Harvey on the support side. I approached fitting my own gimbal etc to my Phantom with a little nervousness, despite being a ‘competent DYIer’. I am pleased to tell you that I have successfully completed a couple of test flights with everything working beautifully (except the pilot!) All thanks to your guidance and clear instructions.

  • Just wanted to say thanks for the amazing service and plentiful advice you've given me since I decided to enter the world of aerial photography and quad flying. I have asked hundreds of questions, some of them idiotic, and have been met with nothing but patience and helpfulness from the first phone call to when my newly commissioned quad build arrived at the doorstep.

    I am the worst type of customer - I furiously research, ask loads of questions to plug gaps in my knowledge, and wanted a direct input into how my quad was built. I was surely the maximum in awkwardness, when I gave them diagrams about which areas I wanted clear, and was fussy about where components were mounted. But they looked, listened, advised, and I felt that we worked together brilliantly while they put together the perfect machine for me - excellent back and forth over email, some phone calls, progress reports etc. No matter what I asked for, or how often I changed my mind, or when I was hopeless indecisive and needed guidance, Harvey handled it all brilliantly, and I have had a thoroughly rewarding experience shopping with them, only superseded by the joy of flying the machine itself, which has been perfectly tuned, and is rock solid, and pure pleasure to fly. To do what he did for me, and then to only charge me a paltry £39 for the build, is above and beyond the call of duty. Harvey even emailed to enquire how my first flight had gone... blown away - A++ service, and it's not often I can say that these days.

  • Having wasted my time and money with another company that sells quadcopters, it is a pleasure to spontaneoulsy offer this testimony for John and staff at Buzzflyer. The other company simply failed at every level, including the basic courtesy of returning my phone calls and invoicing for goods purchased. My experience with Buzzflyer is quite the opposite. Nothing is too much trouble. They recognise the old fashioned dictum that looking after a customer means repeat business. They are also technically very competent and everything arrives as and when promised. They deserve their success.
